VOICE ACTOR • PROFESSIONAL SINGER & SONGWRITER • POET • JINGLE COMPOSER
My journey into voice acting started years ago with a fun Burger King rap jingle — the “Two Burgers and Two Fries for Two Bucks” campaign. That early experience lit a creative spark and gave me a taste of the world of voiceover.Life led me down another path, and I pursued a rewarding career as a professional chef. I thrived in the fast-paced, high-energy world of the kitchen, until an on-the-job injury changed my direction. That challenge opened the door for me to return to my first love: voice acting.I trained with the Voiceover Gurus of Long Island, under the guidance of Linda Bruno, and had my demo produced by David Goldberg, President and CVO of Digital Waterworx. I’ve also had the opportunity to work on-camera as an extra in several of Goldberg’s projects, giving me a broader perspective on performance and production.Today, I bring the same creativity, discipline, and attention to detail that defined my culinary career into every script I voice. Whether it’s a commercial, narration, or character work, I’m dedicated to delivering authentic, engaging, and memorable performances that connect with audiences.
CORRELATION BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL SINGING AND VOICE ACTING
Singing Professionally has provided me with the necessary skills needed in my voice acting career.
I use breath control in order to project emotion and sustain dialogue in Voice Acting (VA).
My tone and pitch allows me to convey emotion through melody which in VA, will allow me to create a certain pitch and timbre for the character needed.
When it comes to Professional Singing (PS) articulation is important. With VA, I provide clarity for storytelling/dialogue.
“Both PS and VA rely on precise vocal control and expressive delivery. This will allow matching pitch and harmony used in singing for mimicking accents and timing reactions in voice acting.”
Things to know when considering and hiring a Voice Actor:
My voice is an instrument that I am dedicating to protecting and supporting.
I have developed resonance and strong projection.
I have expertise in Microphone technique and familiar with sound booths and recording studios.
Singing at weddings and funerals has allowed me to build strong connections and storytelling. In both settings, a message is being conveyed for the families involved. It can be deeply narrative and emotional. I have learned to convey their feelings through tone, delivery, and pacing. I can do the same for you.
